All of Veena’s life experiences to date have deepened her philosophical and spiritual outlook on life. She has a diploma in Buddhism and is a student of Vedanta. She firmly believes life is a journey for continual development and enlightenment.
Her business background has left a strong legacy of being very focused and determined; never happy with gaining anything other than exceptional results that exceed her client’s expectations.
On the more compassionate side of the coin, her desire to help people live happier lives and reach their full potential is her true passion.
Whether it’s through helping businesses improve the confidence, morale and motivation of their workforce, or enabling new individuals to create careers with more balance and purpose; Veena now embodies the belief that Doing what you love never feels like hard work

Aged 15 Veena starred as a main character in BBC’s Grange Hill.
This led to main parts in shows like ITV Children’s Ward and the Bill on the BBC.
Veena completed her degree in 1996
After completing a degree in business management specialising in HR, Veena spent 20 years of her career managing and running her own global recruitment business.
She specialised in catering recruitment to 5-star hotels & Michelin starred restaurants, recruiting staff at Claridge’s, the Dorchester and The Burj- al Arab, regularly working alongside chefs such as Gordon Ramsey, to name but a few.
She married and had two daughters within close succession.
Shortly after this time, Veena was diagnosed with Hodgkins Lymphoma Stage 4B and successfully underwent intense chemotherapy.
She then divorced
and a few years later went on to meet her now husband.
Veena went on to setup a property business with her husband
She began studying to retrain in a more holistic setting.
After all of the above, Veena realised her ambition was to live a life that is:
She gained a diploma in CBT and spent time shadowing in the NHS, she also became a mentor within the One Million Mentors programme, gaining a thorough understanding of all the interventions available to support people in living ‘happier’ lives. Veena discovered that as her key strength lies in helping people find themselves, coaching was the best fit for her.
